Mar Brisas is located in Whale Hill Mirador area in the middle of all the NIGHT LIFE. Walking distance is MANNYS BEACH CLUB, clubs, restaurants and pharmacy. It is a 2 story stand - alone home. Upon entry you will walk into a spacious living room and kitchen area. Where you can enjoy internet, TV with cable and a fire place to keep cozy and warm. Right by this living room is a half bathroom.
The top floor is where you will find the master bedroom with cal king size bed with a vanity and a big mirror perfect for the ladies to get ready for a great night out. This room includes walk in closet and a full bathroom. Room provides a desk for office work or enjoy a nice book.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has everything you might need to cook a nice meal and enjoy with your friends and family. Provides microwave, plenty of plates and cups, blender, pots and pans etc. Everything you might need to cook a big family meal or just a basic meal.
The top level also has nice patio. The VIEW is amazing! It has OCEAN VIEW! in this patio there is a table with 6 chairs to enjoy a nice coffee or a meal.
Downstairs are another 2 bedrooms. One has a cal king with a closet and a full bathroom and the other has 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms are a great place to escape and relax and have great internet, TV's and a direct patio door to the outside.
