IMPORTANT/ IMPORTANTE:
- Renters are not allowed to bring ATV's, dirt bikes, sand rails, jet skis or motorized watercraft into Las Conchas or any Resort.
- Los inquilinos no se les permite traer Motocicletas, motocicletas motocross, areneros, motos acuaticas o embarcaciones a motor en el area de Las Conchas o en un proyecto condominal.
CANCELLATION POLICY/ POLITICA DE CANCELACION:
- You have up to 7 days before your expected arrival and 15 for all holiday rentals to cancel your reservation. There is a 1 night plus taxes, cancelation fee for any confirmed reservation no matter how far in advance.
- Tiene un plazo de 7 dias antes de su llegada para poder cancelar una reservacion y 15 para dias festivos. Hay un cargo por una noche mas impuestos por cualquier reservacion cancelada, sin importar que tan avanzada este la reservacion.

Cancellation Policy for Villa el Deceo & Villa Alegria:
*Thirty (30) or more days prior to the scheduled arrival - Will be charged $250.00 or 20% of the Booking Deposit (whichever is more).
*Twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled arrival - The Booking Deposit will be forfeited.
*Fourteen (14) days or less prior to the scheduled arrival - All rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods.

Marina Pinacate Condos Bussines Hours:
Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday and Saturday: 9:00am t0 10:00pm, Sunday: 9:00 to 5:00pm
If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, Please make arrangements with the office. You will sign a rental agreement upon your arrival.
Owner requests no smoking inside the condos; one set towels are provided per person, please bring your
own beach towels
Beach Front Houses Bussines Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm
Saturday 9:00am to 3:00 pm & Sunday 9:00 am through 2:00 pm
If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 pm, please make arrangements with the office. You will sign a rental agreement upon your arrival.
Owner request no smoking inside the houses; one set of towels are provided per person, please bring your own beach towels.
