Creamy white walls and cool tile flooring presents a serene contrast to the blue of the sky visible through walls of windows and an open concept floor plan gives guests the opportunity to do their own thing while staying connected to their fellow travelers! Sink into the pair of Chesterfield style sofas and enjoy quiet conversations, the magic of a well-written book, or even a few hours of channel surfing on the state-of-the-art television mounted to the wall; if you can tear yourself away from the views visible from the sliding glass doors that take up most of the back wall of the condo, that is!
Slide the doors open (chances are you will have them open most of your stay!) and step out into fresh clean air to enjoy stunning views of the community and the sea that lies just beyond. The large balcony is a deep one, providing enough room for a large wood and rattan dining set and a cushioned area under its roof and we can promise that this will be one of the most popular spaces on the property! Stepping back inside to complete your tour of comfort, you may want to take a moment to appreciate the touches of the old country and the reflections of sea that give the spaces personality; arched doors that lead into the various rooms, the traditional brick ceiling known as a boveda, and art work featuring sea themes that serve as a reminder that your beach vacation will be spent enjoying many wonderful hours at the beaches on Rocky Point!
The dining room table, tucked away into a corner filled with paintings of starfish and seashells also enjoys many of the same views of the living area and will be the ideal spot to play games, eat meals, or relax with a cup of coffee in the early morning hours. (If you can tear yourself away from the wonders of that balcony, that is!) Brass tacks add a touch of glitz to the comfortable white cushioned chairs as a gilded and mirrored sideboard provides storage space and a touch of glamour! The kitchen of this spacious unit is modern, beautiful, and probably larger than you would expect, providing stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The kitchen is always open for snacks and beverages, but it is up to you whether you want to shut down “the grill” and eat most of your meals at the delicious restaurants that dot the Rocky Point landscape! A laundry room is anchored by a full-sized washer and dryer, giving guests the option to pack light and do laundry more, saving room for some of that gorgeous Mexican pottery you have had your eye on!

The bedrooms of A404 are also surprisingly spacious and beautifully furnished, with the primary suite offering something special in the form of a private entrance to the balcony, a king bed with padded headboard, and another state of the art Smart TV hanging on the wall opposite. The ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub and a walk in shower big enough for the entire family to hang out in. The second bedroom is anchored by 2 full sized beds, extending the number of guests who can sleep here comfortably from 4 to 6, and yes, another private entrance to the expansive balcony that takes up the length of the condo. Also offering its own smart TV and access to the main bath, this bedroom is just as comfortable and luxurious as the main suite!
