This Rocky Point vacation home called Casa del Sol is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath dream house. Within the esteemed Las Conchas neighborhood, this house is only 300 feet away from the beach, offering a brilliant view and easy access to the inviting waters.
The interior of this Rocky Point rental is filled with pueblo browns and blue accenting, in a style which is inviting. The mixture of this style with the crème walls makes the already large living area feel even bigger; an area which offers a large dining table fitting for a feast. Two couches sit in the middle of the room facing a TV and entertainment center, offering a stereo and Netflix, beside a fireplace which draws the room together.
The kitchen is open as well, with a counter top perfect for serving food. Whatever you desire to cook, this kitchen is equipped with the essentials; turn the coffee pot on in the morning, microwave left-overs from a great in-town restaurant or cook something new in the oven. And of course, the kitchen has a great view.
Adjacent to the living space is the master bedroom equipped with a king bed and full bath. This room offers a nice view out its window, so that you don’t ever forget the beautiful landscape outside. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and have access to a full bathroom. These rooms have fresh designs that pop in a way that leaves you admiring the décor. And as with any quality rental, the linens are provided so you needn’t worry about prep.
Stepping outside of the house, you’ll have a great view of the Sea of Cortez on any of the house's three levels. Even from the outside, it’s easy to get up and down thanks to the winding staircase beside the patio. Out here in the open air is the perfect place to host a barbecue, sunbathe, or just enjoy the great view over drinks with friends.
