Also, the Mermaid’s Market carries a charitable spirit, as a portion of all the sales are donated to Integral Family Development, or DIF, which provides funds to mothers and children in need in the local community.

2017 will be the 17th year of the annual Rocky Point Motorcycle Rally! Each year, bikers from all over the Southwest United States and Sonoran region of Mexico come together for four days of bikes, music, sun, and fun. Self-proclaimed as the greatest motorcycle fiesta south of the border, the annual Rocky Point Rally is one of the must-see events in Puerto Peñasco for any biker. What could be better than meeting other motorcycle enthusiasts along the beautiful shores of Rocky Point?
Las Palomas Anniversary Golf Tournament
In addition to gorgeous beaches and a vibrant nightlife scene, Rocky Point is also famous for its many golf courses and resorts. One of the most popular golf courses along the Sea of Cortez, Las Palomas, celebrates its anniversary each year with an annual golf tournament. Golfers flock to Las Palomas each year to play golf by the ocean and play for a chance at one of the cash prizes. This year, the event will take place over the course of three days, beginning on May 12th. Whether you want to enter the tournament, or simply be a spectator of the sport, any golf lover will enjoy attending the Las Palomas Anniversary golf tournament.
